Company	Founded by BaeJeong-hye in 1984 in an attempt to diverge from the conventional themes and methods of creative Korean dance, Real Dance Company presents its 30th anniversary performance at the Seoul international Dance Festival. The company continues to follow its founding philosophy: "The most beautiful dance is performed by the most beautiful person.... Dance needs to speak for itself."
Work	'Jindobukchum' has been performed as a part of ‘Nongak’ - traditional Korean music played by farmers. This folk dance has been choreographed by Park Byung Chun, a human cultural asset of Korea. While most iterations of the genre uses a single drumstick, In the region of Jindo, the drum is played on both sides with two drumsticks to amplify the sound and effect. Adding Real Dance Company’s own style to the masculine and lively Jindobukchum, this show newly recreates the genre using seven female dancers.
